Sanaagaian: His excellency President Abduallhi Yusuf donesn't need to declare war on anyone he is the President of the Somali republic. Governing the whole of Somalia is the President job. Mogadishu is what kept Somlaia behind all these years and not Somaliland if anything Somaliland pushed Somalia forward. It's an regional Adminstration that is part of Somaliweyn just like Puntland. If the Leadership of Somaliland disagree well thant they will be replace by Pro Somaliweyn Leadership easy as that.
