Also it specifically grouped Marehan with the seperation of Tolomage and the lands named, which showes Marehan is included with Tolomage but if it was not they would have sperated like I said which is----> , and the marehan desire to humbly address you.

2. It says Tanaland (now NFD) NOT Tanade layl kase.

...In other words, all the tribes of Jubbaland, except Tolomooge-Ogaden (b/c they don't live there) & the Marehan. In fact, it is an implicit acknowledgment that Marehan live in Jubbaland but are not part of this letter, otherwise they wouldn't even mention it.

It is saying ALL of the Jubbaland Harti/Ogaden, EXCEPT Marehan & Tolomooge....the latter b/c they don't even reside here.
