I feel sxb. I've seen more than my share of Somalis with useless majors. Aside from the obvious reason of these subjects being easier, Somalis are world famous for being political savvy. Maybe that's why.

i seen sxb they need to do other major like engineer, IT , doctor or reporter somethin they can benefit individually a freind of mine was doin politics till he changed to mass communication somethin been a reporter walah coz he saw they aint no change is somalia

people can do whatever they want, they dont have to do a major just because it may make more money or whatever

sure the world needs more doctors, ITs,engineers and what not, but if people dont like what they are doing, whats the point in wasting time majoring in something you dont want to do?

i hate how somali parents try to tell kids what to major in or w/e and i met people who just plain didnt like doing that major...they should just change it and explore something for themselves

of course not, but whats stopping somalis from going to congress? especially somalis born in America? there already is a Muslim in congress and somalis helped him out a great deal in minnesota

You can study anything and work anywhere. Doing politics does mean you end up as a politicalfigure. As long as you are a graduate you can work in any field. Plus politics is needed in every walk of life. You need to be political savvy in business world and in almost every career to get a head!
