Why should Gabilay district not be given region status?

But in that case Waqooyie Galbeed / Maroodi Jeex should be renamed Salaxley regional state.

I've went to Gabiley, beautiful place, nice countryside. It nice to go there for a day-out. But the place looks abandoned like arabsiyo.
One of the Major schools there was destroyed by scavangers looking for building material. I hate jibril abokor sometimes.lol

But Caynabo+ Cayn Buhoodle could make a new region.

the voters will represent themselvs as simple major blocks.
For example Odweyne district of Togdheer could rally more votes than Saaxil region.
