Afgooye is just a refugee camp, its not a real town with permanent residence, if the Ethiopians leave the population will drop back to only 15.000 lol!

Shirib my friend who just came back from Boosaaso told me there are more Somali Bantus in Boosaaso than other people. Even in Gaalkacyo he told me they are the only people who do anything. He said he has been going to Boosaaso for the last 6 years and every year their percentage increases, now he says 30% is Somali bantu, 15% are Oromo and other Ethiopians who are trying to get on boats, and the rest are Mjs and Somalis who ran from the south.

My mom's friends went to Boosaaso 2 years ago to meet with her mothr so they could go to hajj she said the city was growing but the water was disgusting. Nothing like the water in the south.

-Somalia would have a population of 60 million not the current 9 million!!
-It would have a life expectancy of 80 not the current 40!!
-Its GDP Per Capita would be $60,000 not the current $600!!
-It would have Africa's largest army, not its smallest!!

Lets all pull our seats back and get back to reality. Bosaso is tied with Burco and Beletweyn as third largest city in Somalia. Those are cities that were built by the old governments and colonialists, Bosaso people will have to work really hard to surpass that, on their own.

In the 1970s Somalia only had a population of 3 million, Now its about 12 million (300% increase)

for instance the USA was 200 million in the early 70s and now about 300 million, thats only a 50% increase

going from 3 million to 60 million in 40 years is impossible

Ur a 100% right. 60 million is small though, u would think over a hundred, Warsangeli themselves are over a million inside Somalia.
