Damn i wish somalia received similar investment. But unless we demonstrate 30 yrs of stability, noone will come near us.


Also the national carrier this man bought was dallo airlines and is set to be rebranded djoubti airlines.

I am very skeptical about building a 5 star hotel in Lac Assal , but more power to him !
Heat + salt + winds + Earthquakes--> in other words Hell on Earth . who would want to vacation there ?LOL

This is good news but remember Djebouti is oasis of peace and tranquility in otherwise turbulent region. The take away lesson is: strive for peace and stability. Without peace and stability nothing can occur.

Somaliland if recognised 17 years ago could have had that kind of investment. I hate Hypocrites who profess to be happy for Djbouti and at the same time would die of hatred if an independent Somaliland were to achieve this.

Why should our interest (somaliland ) be held hostage by south somalia...f.uck that!!! I will be lobbying and campaigning for an independent Somaliland until I am 6ft under...
