So are all 3 different ethnic groups or are they just different clans like we have in Somalia

one big mistake somalis make is by saying the tigres are the enermy of somalia and are causing so much problem, but the tigre are peace loving people of Eritrea and have never harmed the somalis, it is the TIGRAY who are the enermy of somalia and only live in ethiopia

They are all seperate ethnic groups, however the tigrinya of eritrea and the TIGRAY of ethiopia speak the language tigrinya but like 40% of the language is different when used by these ethnic groups

the amhara had set up a new political party in 2004 and the party was made up of 99% from amhara ethnic group also when the 2005 election came they won overall but Meles like mugabe killed many supporters and arrested the amhara opposition. the political situation in ethiopia is not bright. Tigray are bad, Amhara are bad, the black ethiopians are bad like mengistu he was not amhara!

i vote Tigray 'cause what they have done far surpasses what other ethnic groups have. Tigray have been involved in causing trouble in Somalia, Sudan, Eritrea and other parts of East Africa. Somalia had conflicts with the Amhara but it never come to a state where the Amhara have invaded and occupied Somalia

The amhara with the help of USSR took Ogaden from Somalia

Somalis.

your mistaken. Ogaden was given to Ethiopia by the British colonial. Ethiopia was occupying it until the late 70s when Somalia attempted to take it back.

whats the point of putting Ogaden in Somalia's map if it can't take it back? the important thing is to get strong enough and that day will come sooner or later

The somali's cannot be considered an ethnic group by their action, the tigre and amhaar are all united but the somali's are violent short term thinking menaces of east africa.

I cant wait until the tigray and amxaaro somali hating raw meat eating stinking unclean dirty aids infected starving bastards are wiped out of the face of earth.

Somali's have already had their golden years, these must be the dark times. The days of Axmed gurey, Boqor Cusman, sultan keenadid, Sayid abdellah hassan, Somali youth league. Those were the golden days, when one was proud to be somali. From 1969 till now, the dark days of warlords, dictators, clan massacres, and dependence on foreigners.

But from the ashes, the somali nation will rise and it will be lead by northeast somali's who have always taken it upon themselves the unenviable task of building the Somali nation.
