Tigray = Live in Ethiopia

they speak the same language but like in different dialects?

I know a xabashi guy from Eritrea who is Tigre but can't speak Tigriniya which is his mother language, but can speak Amharic, Arabic and Tigray??

Tigre = Live in Eritrea

Tigrinya = Live in Eritrea

Tigray = Live in Ethiopia (tigray region)

Tigre of Eritrea and Tigrinya of Eritrea are 2 different ethnic group.

Tigray is an ethnic group of ethiopia and are in power in ethiopia (Meles) they are also causing trouble for somalia.


the last part you said is confusing, because a person who is tigre (Eritrea) speaks the tigre language as their mother language not Tigrinya. But most likely they speak Tigrinya as 2nd language.

Iam not trying to influence the votes in any way but why is there 13 votes for somali? is it because somalis have fought each other in the past and has led to unrest still based on clan lines? the only reason i ask is because unlike the other ethnic groups mentioned in the poll, the somalis dont go over to ethiopia, or jibuti, or kenya and start invading or terrorising its people.
