Should Gabilay be part of Awdal

I now this interesting.

1.Awdal already has big town such as Zayla, Lowe Caadi, Borame. But there is no Issaq inhabiants.

2.Gabilay being part of Awdal means increased stakeholedership for Issaq memebers of Awdal would'nt it?

3.How will the Jabril Aboker view this. where Sahan Galbeed?

surly this should boost the voting power of Jabril Aboker and Haber Awal.

Gabaily is a big district which controls towns such as allayaday. this will incorprate a bigger voting turnout for HA in awdal.

I think Gabiley should be part of Awdal, there is no point of making Gabiley a region... The distance from Gabiley and Boorame is Less then an Hour and its located in just between Waqooyi Galbeed and Awdal, so i say give it to the Samaroon Reer Huuno United
