The reason they stoped using Djibouti mostly is because they wanted to pay the same amount they have been paying since 98 when they lost eriteria and werent willing to go with market. Anywayz back than Djibouti soley relied on them for almost all their income and they thought by getting cocky and transfering to berbera, djibouti would suffer which it did at the begining. But than Dubai intervened and turned things around. Also after 911 came the German and Americans who wanted to use the port more often and willing to pay big bucks for it.

Bro go get some books and learn about history.......the 'S' in SNM stand for somali national movement,and not SOMALILAND NATIONAL MOVEMENT.Nobody ever wished to recreate borders drawn up by white colonialist,so as to divide somalis into small controlable peaces.
