4. This is my idea

Give sacad all of north Galkayo and Mudug.

Give saleeban gorowee and give ceyr all of bosaso, but the port facilities of bosaso must be taken to Hobyo, for its development.
The ceyrs must agree to not use the port so that all the business could be redireceted to Hobyo port.

Lets also give leelkase a share, let them hve central Galkayo, ofcourse under Galmudug mamuul.
