Bari region needs to be cut out of Puntland, why are all the criminals, corrupt politicians, pirates, and Al-Itixaad members in that area?

That region alone is holding back any real progress in terms of safety, economic security, and humanitarian condition in that area of the country.

Yeah, the bombings, (aid workers) kidnappings, piracy, terrorism and human trafficing in Bari must stop. Thanks to Cadde muuse this entire region is almost becoming an anarchy like the rest of Somalia.

He is more often to be found in his presidential palace in Bosaso than in Garowe ( http://www.somalism.com/media/specials/ ... ialres.jpg )

Just look at the gov website, most of his latest meetings were in Bosaso
