The main thing that the military is doing is keeping business from flowing in the Bakara Market.

I actually love the idea. The Bakara is the main market for weapons trades, drug trades, and other dirty business. That market has seen every weapons transaction in Somalia for the last 20 years.

Its the most xaran and filthy square mile of land on the planet. I hope the TFG loots, burns, and destroys it, then kills every motherfocker who exchanged a shilling in that market. Good riddance.

The first good step by the TFG since its first day, I'm really liking it.

loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool at paidmonk,

Actually I severely criticized the TFG initially thinking of the humanitarian disaster that might rise there. However in hindsight 90% of the money flowing there is xaraan to begin with, and it has been a hub of instability with the weapons trades. Maybe it should be razed to the ground.
