THis is not the only clinic in GM that is free. In most towns there is atleast one clinic that is free. They are funded by contribution from the GM communities abroad.

As for Galkacyo, its a major city but a shared city. I'm not against having developments there, but would like to see the same importance given to other cities that are solely inhabitted by GM also.
