How would you react to someone who

Postby Sir-Luggoyo » Tue Mar 11, 2008 11:23 am

wants to befriend you but you know very well that you can not handle their friendship?

Do you reach a time when you think you have enough friends and one more will just be a burden? Considering your work/school schedules, family and friends, and you find yourself full to the minute and there is no way you can have time for one more frien,d but along comes this glue who wants to be your friend, calls you at odd hours, drops in unannounced and tells others that you two are great friends.

'tells others that you two are great friends'

I think this one bothers u most, ma ha ? It would on me, most definitely! I hate it when my reputation is impinged! loool Who u associate with is very important to the diluge of superficial importance. Sir lug-- the real question is: WHAT does this 'new' friend have that u can't drop him/her like a bag of potato?? I mean, its not like u to have any qualms about dumping someone. You are not reputed by your sensitive heart or indecision.Tell us first what this friend has that has caused u to think TWICE of dumping him/her. loool

Basra,

Yes, that one bothers me immensely, when your reputation at stake, you have to take drastic measures, but the person who introduced him to me is someone whom I have high regards.

HELWA,

Loooooooool

You mean to tell me that you have never been at that stage? Poor Helwa you must be one sad lonely dame. But do not despair, I am getting my ticket and heading to Sweden in one month, you will have all the company in the world.

Hannah,

Horta salaan sare walaal, aad baa laguu tabay oo meeshii waxaa qabsaday wax wada qalbi carruur ah oo xaarkooga qasanaya sow ma aragtid.

Sida aan jawaabtaada ka arko, you sound like someone who has been there .....and successfully dislodged the excessive baggage, care to share how?

Sir lugta

Horta I dont need to bragg about how many friends i have.Ta labaad it's better to have a few close friends that you can trust who will always be there for you whenever you need them.

Hadi aanad rabin ninkan saaxibtinimatiisa simply ka gaabso oo ka warwareeg dhex galkiisa amba runta usheeg oo ninkan xanjada kugu noqdey cidhibta ku dhufu ku dheh.Mise fulay baad tahy madax wayn.

Lugoy,

A guy claiming to be your best friend waxaaba ka daran...a chick claiming the same...esp. when she is bragging to others that she knows you..or when another chick is looking 411 on you..lol

As to this great friend of yours..just ku cab tel. dhowr mar..like forever..he should get the drift and if he doesnt then tell him that you are too busy to even talk to him...easy sxb.

Asalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu, istaghfirullah!! As a Muslim you're supposed to be warm and caring to people. Also, bragging is not a good trait for a Muslim either. I'm so disappointed subhan Allah. :(

@Basra

I'm pretty sure he's talking about you lool

@ Sir

Try dropping hints... like telling them you can't hang out with them, keeping making excuses until they get the point. Any idiot would would be able to understand however if your friend is anything like Basra I'd advise you to change your number and move.
