i get raped on taxes in Canada every year...2 yrs ago, i tried lying on my tax claim so i could get more $$$ back...lakiin the Ministry of Revenue picked that year to audit me and asked for receipts and shyt...i just kept ignoring the letters they sent me cuz i didn't know wtf to even do...after like 2-3 months, they sent me a letter saying i had to pay back the extra tax amount i recieved but couldn't account for...i caught a break Wallahi, i thought i was gonna get booked on some tax evasion/fraud bullshyt

U need to have other side hustles. I own 2 rental properties which give me a side income. I also am involved in a part time gig investing in some projects back home which have an average return of 35-60% return per year.

If you are simply looking to live off your salary, then you won't make it financially. You need to develop side businesses.

buyinga house sxb is even worst , my freind boughta condo and he has to pay the followings:

1- $170 per month , so called Condo Fee

2- Morgage $1600 for 20 freaken years.

and $1200 property tax every year.

Paying rent is alot easir,

Eeven before you think about buying a house you have to come out with the base amount ,which is at least 15-20,000.

This systmen is desinged to lock us in, we are in the box, no where to go.
