it depends on you. herb back in africa was mean for meditation to find the spitit between you and god.but if you fled to the western countries and you just smoke it for fun you will stay the fun if you smoke with stress you could get panic attacs fear yes in that case the guys dead could lead by thinking the whole time of thinking about his problems and ofcourse the media will blaim the herb.i always say if you cant handle it than you better stop before you go crazy.
you see the difference between odayaal/ciyaaloow chewing the khat who live in the west than the odayaals/ciyaaloow chewing the khat in somalia they feel mo high than we.that came cuss they are in zion and we are in between heaven and hell and we want to escape the hell and go back to where we came from and that could lead to money problems drug problems lazy to go to school house problems and things like that and if you chew khat ore smoke weed you wont feel that high cuss you want to escape it while excetly herb is ment to relax.so know your self before you begin with smoking
