Well, Somalis been killing each other, bringing in foreigners to kill each other, going crazy to kill each other for almost 2 decades.

I don't expect the outside world to care.

It is worse in some aspects but not overall.

Over 400, 000 Darfurians were killed by the Janjaweed.
