Patiot,

I don't personally have a plot in Kismayo but people who do get one or anywhere else in Somalia do so by taking money out of their savings such as Social security, 401k, pensions eetc. as a land and house in Somalia costs You the same amount as a Nissan Maxima.

How did You build Yours?

A mansion on seafront in Kismayo does not cost more than 25,000$

But who would want to live there? nobody

If Calalne is no more that does not mean Kismaayo is dead.
though the isbaaro community are finding it hard to survive i think the best stategy is to venture into piracy.

Patriot,

There are no isbaaro in Kismaayo whatsoever. Some kids put one up for a day or two a few months ago, so what?

Get a fixed mortgage, instead of an adjustable rate mortgage. Thats what has been killing people.

There comes someone reasonable.
It happens to be a somali Jamaac.
These Faraxs are seeming to be useless to reason with.
