it is the richest state in america with the most jobs. why dont you somalis from ohio and Minneapolis move there it also has good weather.

There are many reasons why they won't move there.
#1. Too Expensive in Cali, everything in the Midwest is dirt cheap.
#2. Low social/welfare benefits
#3. There are many immigrants already in Cali and there is too much competition among them. In the liberal north, there is less competition and actually more opportunity.
#4. Minnesota has the fastest growing job market and tech sector in America -- would you rather live in a new house or enjoy the luxuries of an established but soon-to-rot mansion?

The cost of living there is too focking high. Somalis love OHIO and MINNESOTA because they have a low cost of living and the state welfare system there is very generous.
