I think the judge was actually black. With a name like William Terrel Hodges, there is a very good chance he is not white.

Case was heard at the U.S. District Court in Ocala, FL. I believe this is where Snipes failed to pay property taxes.

Snipes was born in Islam, he changed his name from Abdullahi to thise Wesley. I saw this in an interview he gave years ago to ABS's 20/20. And actually when the reported asked him why did change his name, his aswer was "too many Abdullahis in New york."

Serves him right.

A black man has to always remember that the system is going to be a lot harsher on him so why expose yourself to that risk.
