why have the americans killed aden ceyrow, but yet let sheikh sharif go and not only that but also free to go anywhere in this world? even america if he wants to ?

what is the difference between the two and why is ceyrow a treath to them and not sheikh sharif or sheikh aweys?

Because US troops were captured in the Jubboyinka. Some trade-off was agreed on, they would free Sh.shariif grant him safe passage to abroad, and UIC would free those American commando's.



Ceyrow was sold by men like Culusow and Abdiqassim, the two who engineered Ceyr domination of Jubboyinka (JVA) and Lower Shabelle.

These two men care more about Ceyr hegemony then Islamic government in Somalia like Aweys and Ceyrow believed in.

End of story, no internal UIC conflict but internal Ceyr conflict (those sincere Islamic groups vs those clannist groups)

Shiekh Sharif is just apolitical leader, while Cayrow was Fighter.

Sheikh sharif has no past history, the man was no more then an Islamic School teacher. On the other hand, both Aways and Cayrow took part in Somalia's anarchy, and are also said to have links with al-Qaeda.
