being somali-muslim is everything i stand for, my identity, my hijaab. is everything that makes me who i am. yes we have a curse (qabiilisim) and yes we do critisize each other every now and then (some more than others). but when it comes down to "being" a somali. believe me, i thank allah everytime this topic is mentioned that he made me muslim-somali-women-mj. (not trying to put anyone down)

but then again i never for once doubt other people's opinions and idealogy of somali people. because at the end of the day, look at us. what have we got? qabiilism brought us here in somalinet today. in other words if it werent for the civil war in somalia, we probably never have somalinet. we propbably never be in the UK, USA.


but over all every somali person should be happy of being muslim-somali at whatever cost!!
