People were fighting for the warlords. Majority of the warlords funding or atleast a good part of it was comin out of the CIA. U can even go see it, says 150,000 was being funelled to warlords in Xamar. Other money was being made by exploiting poor people through isbaaros and what not.

You do know the ICU came out of the blue after the peace talks in Kenya were finalized. Aways and Indha-Adde weren't born yesterday sxb, and what they should've done was to take their concern to the peace conference where the whole of Somalia was represented. But no they came back to Mogadishu only to create the ICU whose whole purpose was to prevent the TFG from taking hold in its own capital. Even then the TFG wasn't threatening them as our Al-shabab extremists are doing right now, but rather it took its seat in Baydhabo which they later invaded.

Your right the TFG is in control of Mogadishu and its fair to say that they haven't really seen a stable Mogadishu ever since they ousted the ICU, why is that? Well, lets start with the insurgents that have yet to perfect the roadside bomb timers that continue to miss the passing government patrol. Thanks to them there are so many ways to die in Mogadishu nowadays as an old lady recently did who walked into the path of a roadside bomb planted by Islamic rebels. She was decapitated by the way.

So tell me how could the government think about cleaning, remodeling, and collecting trash when these crazed sheikh's you seem to sympathize with have easily made our capital Africa's most violent city?

Of course they did and the fact of the matter is they did the TFG a favor by ousting the warlords who refused to recognize it from the get-go. For 6 long months the ICU had the city to themselves and they did a commendable job there and their hard work didn't go unnoticed by the TFG. And to my surprise the courts went beyond that when they took large steps towards the right direction by first expelling the warlord out of Kismaayo and then annexing Shabelle into their main control. Had they stayed put and not go beyond those mention areas they would have defined greatness, but rather then walking the walk by entirely decommissioning the remnants of Jubba Valley Alliances and Shabelle Conspirators they had to invade other peaceful areas whose people were already wondering their legitimacy since it was by the gun they came to power.

Long story short, the Courts were ignorant enough to think that they could manage the country by themselves. When your harboring known thug's and still debating as to whether or not you should disarm thugs like Yusuf Indhacadde, nobody will and I mean nobody is going to easily jump on to their bandwagon.

Btw...If I remember correctly when it was certain that Mogadishu would be taken over by the TFG and its allies, the ICU out of concern for the safety of the people said they weren't going to fight in the capital and now it seems they have made 360 degree turn taking shelter among the very people they give their word.
