English translation from http://quran.muslim-web.com

O you who believe Stand out firmly for Allah as just witnesses; and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety; and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do.

this aayah was part of my tarbiya islamia exam. I had to write at least 3 pages with single space line.
i couldn't stop writing and writing how fairness is very important
ever if you hate the person, there's personal issues between you or else.
we say : al adel asaas al hokom.
adalada wa assas ka hokum ka.
so i was thinking the farness is assas ka good leadership quality.
if you miss that i don't think you'll make a good leader.
what ever person is bad or good like them or hate their life style
you still ordered to be fair with them
not because of them but because of Allah.

salam alaykum.

Salam alaikum

its not fairness in itself that is important in life but how we perceive things.... and life will never be considered fair since there will always be a difference in who receives and who perceives...the only thing someone can do to keep what they believe to be fair is to continue treating and acting fairly within their beliefs and action..

thank you this is best dua i received today.
naima you misunderstood the aayah.
the aayah talks in adalad fel 7okum beyna alnaad
and to stand with what is'a 7aq or right.
and not take you geerah or hate to the other part
to miss being fair with them.
