I saw OPRAH and *surprise*...I was inspired.

She had on her show this author- Kathy Freston-- who wrote a wellness book- called Quantum Wellness. Hmmmmm The name 'quantum' rings a bell. Anyway---this formidable author is a vegan, a veggie-- i dont think i can be inspired that far-- but i like her philosophy. One of the things she suggest is de-toxicate yourself from all bad consumption and bad habbits for 21 days. SO what does that mean to me?


No Ice cream. No cookiees. No junk food. (i never had junk food anyway--except if Fish Fillet at mc donalds counts. ) NO sodas obviously.Hubby is not getting it. No unnecessary sporadic orgasms, etc etc etc
