From the link i provided, one will wonder which rebel on his right mind would target this :|
I mean here is a fact Intelligent organisations like FBI , CIA etc usually say that for every incident to occur they are well pre planned months and that people doing this would expect to carry out a plot that would ensure that they do maximum damage.
Lets look at this incident who would place a bomb in a minivan?
A rebel or a Lunatic?
Why would a rebel attack civilians who even cant afford one course meal a Day?
So its definatly not Rebels as these guys would target strategic sites like military or Major hotels in the capital or the Addis airport.

For the Ethiopian Govt they definatly needed someone to frame.
So where would it be
One of their military bases, Major Hotels or The Airport?
No this would infact be catastrophic to its reputation and hence will be perceived as being weak.
So they didnt need to use strategic sites but they definatly needed to frame some one at all costs they had to use their citizens as the cannon fodder,
People in Ethiopia have no value to the govt and if they can dispense them in mogadishu why not in a minivan in Addis?
To make the News credible Uncle Sam backs the incident

Now tell me which US citizen will not be able to afford a Taxi and infact share a cab with Some stinking Xabashis?
Then Imediatly Meles makes a press confrence and states
