Because there are more than one campus.. Also there is Bandiir Univeristy so maybe their getting confused but i know both those sites are in Xamar..

Sahan - The Mogadishu University consist of 5 campuses Situated in and around the city.
Banaadir University has up to 2 campuses and has a reputation of Specializing in Medicine and but still is way smaller in size as compared to MU.

Sahan what you see on the intial image is an early stage of a building with in a capmus still under construction.
