Just for your amusement Shirib since you have obviously been annoying me with this question for the past 6 months or so. Lets say your little terrorists get out of Mogadishu and run out to Galkacyo to hide out and attack the TFG and it's allied troops from.

Lets say reer galkacyo welcome there hutus and don't kick them out themselves. Than the TFG and it's allied troops have ever right to go into galkacyo and fish out the terrorists and kill them or arrest them who ever they may be.
