There are 2 types of Faqash

Somaliland's President is a Faqash by profession

I'm a Faqash by Birth.

Faqash was a term used by SNM for anyone who used to work for the former gov. esp in the army. But when SNM was looted from the leadership of SLAND, the biggest faqashs are in the driver seat at SLAND. Not only Riyaale, but majority Isaqs of his Admin. are former Faqashs.
