There is also a HIDDEN COST of their attacks.

For example, if you try to rent a ship to go to Kismayo, you now have to pay higher rates because of the risks of piracy.

Where does the cost get passed on to ? The Somali consumer.

They lack that code. Things got so bad for the UN that they could not feeding the starving people of Gedo, Bakool using WFP ships that they had to truck food in from Kenya which is more expensive and problematic because the Kenyans refuse traffic from somalia.
