No wonder, the chit chats and bat on the backs went on in Djibouti between the warring Govs and Courts were success, unpredictable as it seemed. In fact this is a typical make-up of Somali politics, as worst enemies become best acquaintances after bloody battles. It makes great headlines and keeps hopefuls happy, plus it generates pay-checks from the international community.
We've been through this before; so many peace talks - Kenya, Ethiopia, Yemen, Egypt, Sudan........Nothing has changed! innocent people still Massacred after all. why bother another peace talk?
Horta, Didnt we go there before, peace talks in Carta (Djibouti) years ago?
