Somaliland President Dahir Rayale Kahin will today arrive Djibouti on an official visit considered to ease the tense relations between the two neighboring states
Rayale last visited Djibouti in February 2005 in a tour that also took him to Ethiopia and South Africa.
The current visit comes at a time when Djibouti played host to the signing of a peace agreement between the Somali Interim government and figures of the Islamist opposition based in Eritrea

interesting. what will he say tollow we dont recognise the peacedeal ama will the tfg recognise the republic of somaliland with the help of us djibouti ethiopia?these late incident helped to unite 4 big parties of these countries. which is a bad one for eritrea and the extrem opposition groups of sheikh xassan dahir aweys and the al shabaab.
