The reason why i don't want to cuss him or be blatently rude is because i don't trust him. He could after all ruin my reputation very easily, all he needs to do is say "me and X did this and that". It's obviously not going to be true, but certain people like to gossip and they would like nothing more than to see me brought down a notch or two. Atleast as long as he's not "angry" at me, then i'm sure he won't say anyhting bad about me which would ruin my rep.

Maybe it sounds stupid but that's the way i think of it.
