Advo is right..the presentation of that dish looks like VOMIT
..but Advo thats because they put too much turmeric and cream...if done the real AUTHENTIC
way it would not look so yucky..
But that dish is VERY TASTY
..i know how to make it
The meat is marinated in yoghurt and spices or just spices sometimes..then the onions peppers are fried..tomatoes and chillies are added then a bit of double cream , bit of turmeric, coriander powder, cumin , garam masala ..leave that to cook..
grill the chicken breast and add it to the curry for about 7 mins or so...garnish with kamsare (coriander leaves) and serve with white rice /pitta bread/ naan enjoy
