I have been once to july1 celebrations(2007 july1) to see how it goes.Never did they praise the hardworking of UIC and alshabaab mujahideen.All they did is saying that we have to support this goverment because according to them bad goverment is better than anarchy.
Now at current time i know the people behind all these celebrations.Most of them are hardcore followers of dabadhilifkings a/y and Maxamed dheere.Some even waved with the picture of the warlord a/y.I swear that made my blood boil from anger.They lucky i didnt had ak47 and grenades.

True patriotic somali will not celebrate 1july until somalia is liberated from the invaders and their puppetregime.

Being in touch with reality is not self hate. I would be self hating had I condomned and denonunced by Somalinimo. All I Have stated is the fact that we have indeed disappointed our founding fathers and what they struggled to achieve and dead for. Its like you asking me to celebrate after my own family's house is destroyed and my brother was killed in it. Would you celebrate? And what? His life and how hard he we worked to build that house. Somalis need to mourn and realize the depth of their self-destruction.ITS OKAY TO DO SO.

Fah, it's sad right. Our generation has never had the opportunity to witness a peaceful somalia, and yet you still want to celebrate. If anything people should come together to stand up against the atrocities that are going on in xamar instead of celebrating something that happened over 40yrs ago. Well let Koronto come and ill ask him..i heard the women had to cover their faces out of fear and intimidation. The football ban everyone knows..extremist UIC members did ban it ..also mixed wedding celebrations where they played music i heard but Allahu Aclam on this one.

I dont think he sleeps very well since many towns and cities are reconquerd by the blessed mujahideen. Now his masters left Guriceel after they were confronted by heavy resistance.
