Whats this country coming to??

So earlier this morning I was driving my mother's car, when the police pulled me over for speeding on the highway. I get my insurance card out for him. And when he finally reached the car, he went through the whole speech of why he pulled me over and proceed to request my DL and insurance card. He notice that the names didnt match, so he asked if I was the owner of the car. I answered inthe negative and let him know it was my mother's. Then he asked me for the title of the car. I was shocked and started looking for it,but couldnt find it. Then he asked me, If I was a legal alein of the country. Now I was beginning to wonder if this idiot was thinking if I was some Mexican. Anywho I answerd his question and told him I was a citizen of the country. Then, to my surprise, he asked If I had prove with me. After that, I got pissed and asked him if he carried his passport around as a form of documentation just in case he got pulled over and whats the use of a DL if its not sufficient? He paused, and said, he could request whatever doc he thought was necessary. I simply told him, I dont have it with me and if my DL wasnt sufficient well....I cant help him. After that, he landed me two tickets. One for speeding and the other for not having proper documentation. :lol:

I simply told him, I will SEE YA IN COURT. And I cant wait. :lol:

Seriously, I'm pissed off and feel violated. These heiffers think if you look like an immigrate you dont know your rights.

drag him to court. it's only cus you're black, but you handled the situation well.

How many white people or African-American get stopped with or without a DL and are also required for them to show prove of their residence or citizenship. As I recall, no where inthe Driver's Man.. did it state I need prove of that. After all, if thats the case why bother issueing a DL. :lol:

THATS stupid, she is a citizen of the USA

The USA is a land of immigrants, no one besides the native indian tribes are Americans, even the white man is a foreigner here

the police officer will be humilated by the court for what he did and ismahan will have nice compensation

Best of luck with your case. I recommend you contact your local ACLU office to file a complaint. they may give you a free attorney to represent you.

Again folks, like ORGEONES said, you can't beat the pigs. This is yet another reason why you need to start looking at other places to live /settle.

If this was Africa, a few $$ and no tickets. Or better yet, you look for his boss & give him a few $$ to punish him.

Anyway , this shyte ain't gonna fly with the judge , but you 'll still pay that fine for speeding.
You see depending on what county you live in , you make a mistake and boom the cop all of sudden becomes an immigration officer asking you all kindsa weird questions :lol:

Take your passport with you on your court day .
