How did you deal with bullies when you were younger ?

5'7. Thats not really that tall now but I reached my max height before a lot of the other girls and a few boys so I was always that tall girl

Sad part about it was I didn't catch up in weight in till about the age of 16. Imagine being 5'7 and just 100 to 105 pounds

it very easy but unconventional.

many do not agree but, everything that parents teach thier children and tell them is wrong and counterproductive.

from a young age they tell them.

1. do not fight
2. do not retaliate
3. tell the teacher
4. try to avoid conflict


the opposite should be done

from a young age the children should know that when bullyied they muct raise the level of conflict.

for example, when the bullying is verbal the reaction should be physical..ie a punch in the face.

never face bullying with an equal response.
when someone shoves you, never shove back.

punch or try to kick.

when confronted by a pack of bullys attack the head and the others usually withdraw.

How did I deal with bullying? I didn't experience bullying as a kid except for this one time in 5th grade. I went to a new school and the place was packed with Jamaicans. Some Jamaican girls tried to harass and intimated me, but I didn't pay them any mind. Well, anyway, the other kids saw that I was new too and tried to take advantage of that by trying to harass me as well and then I snapped and beat the shit out of this Sudanese boy in the middle of gym class. Let's just say those b1tches were all " " for the rest of the school year.

I was a saviour for the defensless kids. I bullied the bullies if that makes sense. I remember one time (first day of school) and I was walking around to find my brother only to find him crying under a tree saying that some kid took his fanny pack. I was soo mad, I marched up to that kid and banged his head with my knee....he never bothered my brother after that....and since then, I have always faught for those people who couldnt fight for themselves. Even in high school, I got along with everyone and if anyone was picking on someone, I was quick to defend them. I hate it when people think that they can use their sterngth to make other people feel week. My cousin was my right hand woman/general.

I wanna teach some kids how to defend themselves...walaahi they are so sweet and nice and they never fight...they dont even know how to fight...They liv in a tough neighbourhood there the strongest can survive..their parents dont let them out that much because they are afraid for them.When they were younger it was easy to protect them from the world but not anymore...

this topic reminds me of my self and my younger brother.
in my life never got into fight pysically or ever verbally.
while my brother always in trouble and people come to me complaining about him.
last september he come to my highschool and he already knew all seniors and got fight with older kids.

if any one ennoys me what never happened yet i would let them get them for him

Was your brother youger then you? If not.. who is protecting him now, cause we live in a tough world

lol SDM...actually, it was my older brother. He is verrrrry passive, or atleast he used to be.
I dont really need protection, and if I did I do have some pretty heavy reinforcments that I have befriended along the way.
