That is used to kill somali people..Its fact that US pays the bills for ethiopian military in somalia:

Food

Weopon

Fuel

Various compansations

Etc

what will Meles and his TPLF family do when there is no check coming from uncle Bush..In matter of months things will dry out,and it will get intresting :)


ps..hell no,aint no Chinese gonna pay for the same,they have no history in sponsing killing innocent people in foreign country :up:
