Southern Lebanon Army (SLA) were Christian Lebanese allied to the Israelis and worked with the Israelis to during the Occupation of the Israel until the Hezbollah kicked the Israelis out :up:

Parallels between the SLA/Government of Free Lebanon & the TFG

1. Both propped and supported by traditional enemies of each nation

2. Both fought Islamists on behalf of a NonIslamic Nation

3. Both were deeply unpopular among the populace and could not sustain themselves after the withdrawl of their foreign occupation allies
