Voltage r u serious, do u really, really believe gays can be turned into straight??? I mean, i am no scientist, but i know for a fact that is impossible. What you have quoted above as far the study is concerned is correct. I do not doubt these supposed 'guinea gay to straights pigs' did infact 'ABSTAIN' for sexual behavior or 'activeness' but i do not believe they stopped 'lusting' for their same sex. I agree- behaviorwise--homosexuality can be looked at as a sexual behavior-- so as heterosexualness. One abstain from sex all together, but that does not stop one from lusting for sex or their same sex or opposite gender. I, however, dis agree with your inherent and biology connection. There is nature and there is nurture. Nature=inherent=biology=genes. Get the drift? If there is no gay gene, then there is no biological connection and homosexuality is not "inherent". Follow me?

Like another example i used--ALL gays come from two heterosexual parents--therefore-- by this assumption alone-- we can automatically derive that-- gayness does not pass through parent biological genes. That is why i say there is no gay gene. To assume a gay exists is to say- parents pass it over! Also lets go back to my 'factory theory'-- the reason i used this example is: Factories is an industry-- a machine--that produces lots of things-- things can go wrong. Basra..how do explain the homosexuality in boarding schools..where kids as young as 7 learn to associate interact with members of the same sex untill the age of 18? for many of these kids..their first sexual encounter is with someone from the same sex.

Also what about those kids who have been abused..by paedophiles? what about women who have been abused by violent husbands/boyfriends? how can you categorically deny the effect of something that tragic..on their sexual orientation.

I remember watching this programme once..this girl was continuously raped from the age of 7 till 16 by her older sisters husband...when she came on the stage naxdin baad qaadi leeheydeen..the butchest of the butch ..she was gay and she looked very broken and depressed..i felt very sorry her.

There was one experiment on that programme that was so laughable..the one that suggested John after a series of tests and observations (from his map reading) had a 'feminine' kind of brain..well there was a similar kind of experiment on The One show..with Donny Osmond..they concluded he..along with other male members had a 'feminine'' brain..yet those men are not homosexual.

Enlighten Sista--- Experimenting and actually being gay is not the same thing.I think that is why bisexuality exists. Frankly for me, i have no synpathy arguement for bisexuals. The very existance of a domineering mother is a result of Testosterone imbalance in the mother-- thus depraving the child Testosterone hormones and thus the child becoming gay.As to the absentee father-thats crap. The father typically is useless in the child rearing. Its a 'plus' to have father-- for the son to have a point of reference, thats all. Mother is the root of all problems.
