The so called mayer of Mogadishou who is entitled to suck him and who is not and who appointed the position for the first place I understand mayors in some countries is ellected by a parliement or conistutiencies of the city or are we in earlier stages of somalia coming back to fuctionin state and therefore we don't have laws or how do you say conistitution,the leaders should be choosen by their people and if they are not fit enough and don't do their job should be changed or we are in an emergancy stage and therefore anything goes.
