As far as I know, but ask Gurey, he's lived there. But I was referring to Abu Dhabi, U.A.E

Abu-dhabi and Dubai are part of the Emirates , if you can buy a house in Abu-dhabi, i guess you can in Dubai too

well that wasnt true until few years ago. Before few years ago you could buy houses in Sharjah and Ajman which are 20-30 minutes drive away from Dubia, but you werent allowed to own any property in Dubai unless your from gulf states. However, recently all AUE is open for anyone as long as you have the money to invest.
