This is possibly the Luckiest man in the world. He argued that "God did not say what the punishment should be for a man who has more than four wives, but he was specific about the punishment for fornication and adultery.". My Question is, is his argument valid according to islamic sharciyah?

I read this earlier and was shocked that a man claiming islam would do such a thing. Laakin only Allah knows the punishment for transgressing the law of having a max of 4 wives.

I still can't get someone that can give a proof whether more than one wife is punishable. Or if there is daliil that it is forbiden

Even 4 wives is not sanctioned by Islam. The Qur'an sets forth very strict conditions to be satisfied by the man, and subsequent verses confirm that man can never satisfy those conditions.

U can only be married to 4 wives maximum, the other ones don't count.

So in other words he's married to 4 and fornicating with 82 since he's not married to those.

Islam cannot be given a bad name. With all the negativity (terrorism, polygamy, Al-Qaeda, etc) associated with Islam, it's still the fastest growing religion. More negativity means more exposure to Islam, which translates to more converts.

in prophet's time, arabs used to marry more but after islam limited , they were asked to choose only 4 and rest to leave them go.

is the same punishment when the woman goes and marries another man while she is stil married in another city or country.
there was this egyptian woman in qatar who was cought, she had a husband in egypt and she married another one.
she didn't tell him that she was married, or as he says. she was sent to the jail.
