I think the olden day's dating was more preferable and more halaal. You just have to go to the girl's house and sit with her somewhere in the open and talk without locking her in a room. Nowaday's you have to take car out in your car, you take her to restaurant to feed her, or in a mall to hang out with her. movies is the worst scenerio which you don't want your daughter to be part of it.
