What i hate about Ramadan of our times

Postby Enlightened~Sista » Thu Aug 14, 2008 6:29 am

afurta! :|

seriously maxaa udiiday dadka iney afurtooda kujabiyaan timir iyo biyo like our Prophet (p)...dabeeytana tukadaan Salatul Maghrib..markey dhameeyaana ..casheeyaan??

its very tiring making afur..i dread the thought of preparing it..if guests come to you they expect all sorts of food..they expect a feast!!!. Plus all that food makes u lazy and u cant even move around ..timir iyo biyo iyo fruits is the way to go

Masha-Allah, Screw. That's how I do it as well. You shouldn't eat a lot either, because you won't be able to stand for tarawiix prayer later on.

Some Somalis afuurka khalad ee ka fahmin. They think it's suppose to be a huge feast, instead, of it being about self-restraint and eating moderately.

Just imagine when you are making sambusa for about 13-15 people every day of the 30 days....Time consuming stuff

you guys are concentrating too much on the negative, think about the ajar you are stacking up for every sambuus or every malawax you make for every single fasting person. :P

Screw, quote " you guys are concentrating too much on the negative, think about the ajar you are stacking up for every sambuus or every malawax you make for every single fasting person.

We are not complaining walaal, just stating a fact, it is really time consuming..Try to make only 10 sambusas one day and you will see what I am talking about...I make from the scratch that is what makes it time consuming...
