how do you know he's a muhajid wastemen? did you give him the ticket to janatul fardaws? did you see him in qabiriga watching janatul fardawsa from a window? im not saying he is not muhajid or what not. but people! worry for your own sake and these people who are dead, allaha ha unaxariist, amiin.

We know he's a mujahid because he was fighting to free his country from occupation, and because he was killed by the bombs of non-Muslim enemy.

whoever dies defending his life is shaheed[nafsihi]
whoever dies defending his 3erth is shaeed [3erth]
whoever defending his land is shaheed [arthihi]
who ever dies depending his wealth [malihi]is shaheed.
