How do Qaxootis get in Europe/America?

I just received a phone call from a family member that used to live in poor conditions in Somalia arrived in Sweden today, lol.

This guy arrived with an Ethiopian passport with a fake medical visa.

How the hell do most of them get there? :lol: :lol:
