Maareeyaha Wakaalada Biyaha Magaalada Hargeeysa Qaliif Cabdullaahi Xuseen ayaa waxaa uu sheegay in hadalada ka soo yeeraya dadkaasi aysan waxba ka jirin isla markaana biyaha soo gaara magaalada Hargeeysa iyo dadka ku nool ay aad u kala badan yihiin. These people who can't even provide water to a few thousand ppl in Hargiesa are talking about seccedding and becoming their own country! first provide the basic infrastructure to your community and then think about politics and seccession -a bunch of idiots!
you will never hear of shortage of water in even Baidoa -forget about Mogadishu! they got filtered tap water in Mogadishu.
