Computer VIrus Please help

Some spyware virus got into my computer which has been caused by antivirus 08. The comp is shutting down with instruction delete the last file downloaded. unfortunately, I can't delete the file because it is telling me some programe is running which is not true. Its still telling me that even after I shut down the comp and rebooting it.

how can I delete this file?

any assitance?

Wait for others to answer but why do u want to reinstall it???Isnt that why u have the virus in the first place??????

use the free version of malwarebytes

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

I had this problem a couple weeks ago on someone else's comp....this did the trick

MM u can try that for free dude, Its works pretty good and will remove that infection. The only other way around this will be a manual removal and thats a long and risky process. Just in case, back up any important files on ur system.

There reason why there are so many problems (virii, malwares, bugs, etc) with Windows computers is, because +99% of the time it's run with an Administrator user account. The correct thing is to run it with Standard user account, as is done with Linux and other OS operating systems.
